July 3 (5:00-8:00PM) Opening Reception: Anne Ngan: In a celebration of beauty, movement, and intuition, Those things we don’t see is a survey of Anne Ngan’s painting and drawing that spans 60 years of practice. Encompassing Ngan’s work since settling in Canada in 1966 – primarily on Hornby Island, British Columbia – the exhibition explores dance, place, family, architecture, the unconscious, and the soul in Ngan’s singular vocabulary of form and colour.
